Custom CRM Development

Custom CRM development company in India: CRMs built around how your team works

We build custom CRMs: lead and call management, grievance and ticket tracking, agent onboarding, portals for customers and field staff, and the admin panel that ties them together. They are for teams whose process does not fit Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho without heavy workarounds. Our team in India has built CRMs since 2017, and the CRM projects on our case-study pages took 4 to 8 months each. Reliance General Insurance runs a claims call-centre CRM we built.

Key Features

  • CRMs built around your process, not a standard sales pipeline
  • Lead, call and grievance management with SLA tracking
  • Role-based access for agents, managers, admins and customers
  • Portals and mobile apps for field staff and customers
  • Reports, dashboards and alerts built in
  • Connected to your other tools through APIs or n8n workflows
  • Named engineers, milestone billing and 30 days of support after launch

Off-the-shelf CRMs are built around a standard sales pipeline. When the work is a claims call centre, a loan application that starts with a field agent, or a care home that has to tell a family when a dose was missed, teams end up keeping spreadsheets and workarounds beside the CRM they pay for.

A custom CRM starts from your process instead. We map how leads, calls, cases and approvals move today and who needs to see what, then build the records, roles, workflows and reports around it, with portals or mobile apps for the people outside the office.

That is what the CRMs on our case-study pages do. MereKisan manages insurance calls and grievance tickets with SLA tracking for Reliance General Insurance. For Radiant Finance we built an agent lead app, an admin portal and a customer app for loan applications. Insofy gives point-of-sale insurance agents their own portal beside an admin CRM. Oasis Manors tracks residents, medication and billing for a senior care operator in the US, and alerts families.

Sometimes the honest answer is that Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive fits. Our free CRM comparison tool says so when an off-the-shelf CRM wins, and we will tell you on the first call.

When it goes wrong

Every build includes 30 days of support after launch for bugs, tuning and handover questions. After that you choose a support agreement or a clean handover, and either way the codebase is documented for your in-house engineers. If the scope changes during the build, it is re-scoped in the open at the midpoint demo, so there is no surprise invoice. If an existing CRM is the problem, a takeover starts with a paid technical review, so both sides know what they are inheriting before any commitment.

Records, roles and steps follow the way your team already works, instead of forcing your process into a standard sales pipeline.

Proven with insurers, lenders and care operators

Yours to keep

You get 100% code ownership and a codebase documented for your in-house engineers, on infrastructure you control.

Our Process

How We Work

Our proven process ensures successful project delivery every time.

1

Call and scope

A 20-minute call about how leads, calls, cases and approvals move today, and who needs to see what.

2

Proposal, and build or buy

A proposal with the named engineers, milestones and scope, typically within a week. If an off-the-shelf CRM fits better, we say so.

3

Build in milestones

Kickoff, a midpoint demo on your real flows, then delivery. You see working screens early, and scope changes are agreed in the open.

4

Launch and support

Launch, documentation and handover, with 30 days of support included. After that, a support agreement or a clean handover.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Use an off-the-shelf CRM when your process looks like a standard sales pipeline. Build a custom CRM when the work is specific to your business, such as claims calls, loan applications or care records, or when you need white-labelling, on-premise data, custom objects or several languages that would otherwise mean heavy add-ons. Our free CRM comparison tool scores both options for your team, and we will tell you on the first call if an off-the-shelf CRM fits better.
It depends on the scope. The CRM projects on our case-study pages took 4 to 8 months each: Bricklin took 4 months, Fairway 5, MereKisan and Insofy 6, Oasis Manors 7, and Radiant Finance, with three connected apps, 8. The proposal after the first call sets out the milestones for your build.
We do not publish prices. Every CRM is quoted after a call, because the cost depends on the roles, workflows, portals and integrations it needs. For a first estimate, use our free CRM cost estimator, then ask us for a quote. Billing is tied to milestones you can see, never to hours.
Yes. We connect CRMs to other systems through REST APIs and webhooks, and use n8n workflows for hand-offs such as lead routing or keeping records in sync between tools.
Yes. A takeover starts with a paid technical review, so both sides know what they are inheriting before any commitment. The proposal then says whether to extend what you have or rebuild it.
You do. You get 100% code ownership, a codebase documented for your in-house engineers, and a CRM that runs on infrastructure you control. Under our terms, ownership of the custom code passes to you on full payment, as the project agreement sets out.
Yes, where it earns its place: search across records in plain language, summaries of long case histories, or an agent that reads a lead, drafts the follow-up and logs the activity for a person to check. Adding AI to a CRM you already run is our AI integration service.
